SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME (Not Guaranteed)
4 - 7 business days for all states within the United States. Alaska and Hawaii will be slightly longer delivery times.
Shipping is ONLY available in the United States.
FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING
Depending on the products in the order, some products will be fulfilled and shipped by Coscia Jewelry & Bullion LLC. While other products will be fulfilled and shipped by the Supplier in which Coscia Jewelry & Bullion LLC does business with. The Products that are fulfilled and shipped by the supplier will be labeled in the description at the bottom (Fulfilled and Shipped by Supplier.) The Products that are fulfilled and shipped by Coscia Jewelry & Bullion LLC will be labeled in the description at the bottom (Fulfilled and Shipped by Coscia Jewelry & Bullion LLC.)
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible Once the package is handed over to the Carrier by the Supplier or Coscia Jewelry & Bullion LLC. Coscia Jewelry & Bullion LLC and the Supplier are not Liable for the package and product being lost, or stolen while in transit or once the package has been Delivered to the provided location/address. Please ensure a safe and secure delivery location.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
All purchases are final. No returns or exchanges are available for any order or item/product.
Exchanges and Returns are only acceptable if the item/product is damaged, defective or is the incorrect item or items. As long as any claims are placed to Sales-Care@CosciaJewelryBullion.com within the agreed upon 3 days of the item being received.
The item must be unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 3 days of the notification received that the item will be exchanged or returned.
Customer will pay the return shipping for the item that is damaged, defective or incorrect. Once item is received Coscia Jewelry & Bullion will inspect the item to make sure item is unworn, and unused with tags still attached.
If item meets all requirements outlined in this policy Coscia Jewelry & Bullion will refund or credit the amount the customer paid for the return shipping of the item back to the card used or to there account in credit. This is for the inconvenience the customer may face during the Claim.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you decide to cancel your order their is a cancellation and restocking/card fee for all orders, and sales. Shipping costs for the item will not be refunded for order cancellation if the order has already shipped.
The restocking/card fee will be applied for the returned goods following the price range table below :

$501 - $1000 -- $55 Fee
$1001 - $1600 -- $65 Fee

$2601 - $5500 -- $125 Fee
$5501 - $10,000 -- $225 Fee
$10,001 - $15,000 -- $330 Fee
$15,001 - $20,000 -- $450 Fee
$20,001 and Above -- $500 Fee
